Join us in shaping a better future through collaborative work and innovative designs.Interested candidates must submit their CV's and Portfolio's to Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Architect, you will be responsible for various tasks associated with architectural design, project management and integration, and creating innovative architectural solutions.Making Presentation drawings/ Tender Drawings/ GFCs and Sanction Drawings.Preparation of BOQs, Pert charts and Project Schedule.Site Supervision and Project Management.Co-ordinating with various contractors/vendors and design consultants.Interacting with Clients, Attending Client/Site meetings.Participate in business development activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture with relevant years of experience.Architectural design skills in all phases of Design process.Proficiency in CAD, 3 D Visualization and Rendering software.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, Technically Strong and Creative.Experience with sustainable design practices, knowledge of Building Codes and Regulation.Ability to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Studio Centarc is a Multidisciplinary design firm, specializing in Architecture, Interiors and Landscape design.
