Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staff Augmentation Sales professional to expand our client base, nurture relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT services industry, proven sales expertise, and a deep network of contacts in the target markets.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staff augmentation space.
Generate and qualify leads through networking, research, and outreach.
Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Understand client requirements, business challenges, and talent needs.
Propose tailored staff augmentation solutions to meet client objectives.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track progress against goals.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings and delivery.
Collaboration:
Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that drive lead generation.
Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
3 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in staff augmentation or IT services.
Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of the staff augmentation industry and IT roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Existing network of clients.
Experience working with global teams or offshore delivery models.
