Whether one-to-one or one-to-the-world, we drive powerful, behavior-changing engagement with audiences to create lasting impact and success.Job SummaryThe Manager- Response will be responsible for driving the end-to-end strategy and execution of audience growth and engagement initiatives for Empor Marcom’s campaigns and projects. This role blends strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, internal coordination, and external communication to ensure the right audience participation and ROI across our events and campaigns.Responsibilities  :Audience & Campaign StrategyDevelop and execute audience acquisition strategies to achieve target attendance and engagement metrics across conferences, summits, and digital campaigns.Identify and segment target audiences using data-driven insights, CRM analytics, and industry mapping.Build value propositions and engagement plans for each audience segment (CXOs, senior executives, decision-makers).Stakeholder & Client ManagementServe as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders (marketing, production, design, sales) and external partners (clients, sponsors, agencies).Translate client objectives into actionable audience strategies and ensure alignment across all functions.Provide regular campaign updates, progress reports, and post-campaign performance analysis to leadership and clients.Communication & Brand RepresentationCraft and oversee external communication touchpoints, including email marketing, Linked In messaging, content calendars, and partnership communication.Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand voice and narrative across all outreach materials.Represent Empor Marcom and client brands in professional, high-stakes communication with senior-level executives and industry partners.Internal Collaboration & Team ManagementCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns within deadlines and budgets.Supervise delegate acquisition executives, providing mentorship, performance guidance, and strategic direction.Work closely with marketing, data, and creative teams to align messaging, outreach, and event positioning.Analytics & ReportingMonitor acquisition performance, analyze engagement data, and recommend improvements to maximize conversions and audience quality.Maintain CRM hygiene and develop dashboards for tracking pipelines, outreach performance, and engagement success.Candidate Profile :Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.7+ years of experience in audience acquisition, campaign management, or stakeholder-facing marketing roles, preferably in a B2 B or event-driven organization.Strong project and stakeholder management skills — able to drive multiple campaigns simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication — confident with senior stakeholder conversations.Strategic thinking with executional rigor and attention to detail.Experience in B2 B marketing, audience acquisition, or event campaign management preferred.Proficiency in CRM tools (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and digital outreach platforms.Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize outcomes.Why Join Empor?Be the storyteller-in-chief of a fast-growing B2 B marketing agency.Work directly with top enterprise brands in tech, IT, Saa S, and cloud.Collaborate with a dynamic team that values creativity, ownership, and innovation.Health InsuranceBreakfast in houseProudly ISO-certified, SOC 2-compliant, and Great Place to Work (GPTW) certified- reflecting our commitment to quality, security, and people-first cultureIf this interests you, kindly share your CV at
