About Us:Founded in 1926 by Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet, today Publicis Groupe is the largest communications group in the world and a leader in marketing, communication, and digital business transformation, led by Arthur Sadoun, the third CEO in its history.We are amid a digital transformation journey - deploying tools designed to streamline our end-to-end media production ecosystem & are looking for a QA Specialist to execute, and support all software testing activities and ensure every product we release performs reliably, integrates seamlessly, and drives operational excellence.Responsibilities:- Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts across multiple internal tools and modules.- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify UI/UX bugs, functional defects, and workflow inconsistencies.- Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into clear test scenarios.- Perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing as new tools are deployed and integrated.- Log and track bugs through resolution, ensuring clarity and accuracy in documentation.- Validate data flows and cross-platform interactions between tools (e.g., asset management, cost estimation, and approval systems).- Recommend improvements to the QA process and suggest automation opportunities where feasible.- Mentor junior testers and contribute to QA process documentation and automation strategy.- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development, cloud computing, and CI/CD.- Knowledge of performance testing and security testing will be added advantage.- Able to achieve timelinesRequired Skills and Experience:- 6 months to 1 year of experience in manual and/or automation testing, ideally across SaaS or digital workflow systems.- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect management tools (e.g., Jira).- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) and automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) is a plus.- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.- A proactive mindset with attention to detail - you love spotting what others miss.- Knowledge on service now tickets, and operations.Bonus Points:- Experience testing media production or creative workflow platforms (e.g., asset libraries, review tools, estimation systems).- Understanding of UI/UX validation principles.- Exposure to cloud-based tools (AWS, GCP, Azure) or integration testing between SaaS platforms.Why Join UsYou will play a direct role in shaping the backbone of our production ecosystem, ensuring every platform we deploy empowers creative and operational teams to work smarter.
