Role Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Expert with 4-6 years of expertise in driving successful organic search strategies in IT services or digital marketing agencies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our client's search engine rankings, growing organic traffic, and developing strategies that enhance visibility across digital platforms.


Your Mission, Your Impact

  • Develop, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and overall visibility.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and backlink audits.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including content optimization, internal linking, and backlink building strategies.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and other relevant tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms, trends, and industry best practices to ensure SEO efforts are current.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to drive SEO initiatives and ensure website architecture is aligned with SEO standards.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues like crawl errors, broken links, and page load speed issues.
  • Create and present detailed reports on SEO performance, KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align SEO strategy with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Manage SEO tools and ensure accurate tracking of organic traffic, conversions, and lead generation.


We're Searching for Someone With

  • 5 to 12 Years of experience working in IT Services Company or B2B Digital Marketing Agency
  • Proven work experience as an SEO Expert or Digital Marketing professional in IT Services or Digital Marketing Agencies.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, including SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights for website improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen, with a focus on driving growth and delivering value.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Hotjar is a plus.
  • Experience working with content management systems and SEO-friendly website architecture.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Active participation on professional networks and social media is a bonus.
