Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling, exceptional video editing abilities, and innovative graphic design skills. You will play a pivotal role in creating engaging content that communicates our brand values, showcases our real estate projects, and captivates our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Content Creation:
Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual content for social media, websites, brochures, and other marketing platforms.

Edit and produce dynamic videos such as property tours, promotional content, client testimonials, and reels tailored to digital platforms

Qualific
ation
s2-4 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or a simil
ar role.Expertise in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After
Effects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
, etc.).Proven ability to think creatively and translate ideas into compelling visuals, especially for the real estate
sector.Experience creating diverse content for social media, websites, and print pl
atforms.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simulta
neously.Excellent communication and collaboration
skills.A portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and exceptional video editing work, with an emphasis on real estate p
