Location: Udyog Vihar, GurugramCompany: NeitriPosition OverviewWe are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in digital marketing to join our creative team. This role requires a designer with a luxury sensibility and a keen understanding of visual storytelling in the digital space. You will be responsible for creating compelling, on-brand visuals that elevate our digital presence across social media, websites, email marketing, and online advertisements.Key Responsibilities: • Digital Content Creation: Design visually stunning graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, stories, reels, banner ads, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury positioning. • Campaign Design: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop creative assets for online marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and special collections. • Social Media Visuals: Create engaging and dynamic content for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) that showcases the brand’s product offerings, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage. • Website Design Support: Assist with updating website visuals, homepage banners, and product pages to ensure an immersive and elegant user experience. • Email Marketing: Design beautifully crafted, conversion-optimized email templates for campaigns and newsletters, reflecting the premium nature of our brand. • Ad Creatives: Develop high-conversion digital ad designs for platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others, optimized for mobile and desktop formats. • Visual Storytelling: Translate the brand’s rich heritage and craftsmanship into engaging digital narratives, visually showcasing the artistry behind our Indian suits and sarees. • Video & Motion Graphics: Design simple animations, GIFs, and video assets to enhance engagement across digital marketing campaigns. • Collaborations: Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure creative designs are aligned with marketing strategies and goals, while maintaining brand consistency. • Market & Trend Research: Stay up-to-date on digital design trends, luxury branding aesthetics, and the fashion industry to continually enhance the brand’s digital presence.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital marketing for luxury brands. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.). • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with luxury fashion or high-end lifestyle brands. • Experience in designing for digital platforms, including social media, web, and email. • Understanding of the nuances of luxury branding and consumer behavior in the digital space. • Familiarity with Indian fashion and textiles (e.g., Banarasi, zardozi) is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software. • Experience with social media management tools and web design platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). • Understanding of SEO and conversion-driven design for digital marketing. • Basic photography skills or experience working with photography and videography teams.CTC: 30,000/-
