Someone who reads data like a language, who understands that scaling is a science of balance: precision, speed, and timing. You’ll oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, and You Tube , leading a cross-functional team focused on growth efficiency, not vanity metrics. If you know how to control chaos at $500k+ monthly spend — this role is yours. Your Mission Build and execute multi-channel performance strategies that align with revenue targets. Manage high-budget media operations with strict ROI accountability. Audit and refine ad funnels across search, social, and display. Lead creative testing and conversion optimization using first-party data. Collaborate with analytics, content, and automation teams to create a closed performance loop. Introduce AI-driven bidding, smart segmentation, and automated workflows. We don’t want someone who follows trends. We want someone who creates the playbook . Requirements 6+ years in paid media or performance marketing. Proven success scaling campaigns beyond $250 K/month. Advanced understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and data attribution.
