The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Daily tasks include overseeing performance management processes, providing support in various HR functions, and partnering with management to ensure alignment with business objectives.QualificationsExperience in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) managementSkills in managing Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment LawProficiency in Performance Management processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesRelevant certifications in Human Resources or related fields are a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
