Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act provisions.

Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits in coordination with auditors and consultants.

Oversee monthly closure of books of accounts and the preparation of MIS reports.

Supervise and guide accountants to ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day accounting.

Manage accounts of the company as well as sister concerns.

Strengthen internal controls, standardize processes, and ensure timely financial reporting.

Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow to ensure effective financial management.

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.

Hands-on experience in accounting, audits, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and other financial tools.

Educational Qualification & Experience

~ Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

~ Experience:

~2–3 years for a qualified CA/CMA.

~4–5 years for Non-CA (e.g., MBA Finance or equivalent).
