Responsibilities :
Learn to program low-to-medium complexity surveys independently.
Provide support with survey link checks and contribute to the survey lifecycle.
Collaborate with Research Managers and Operations teams on technical and operational tasks.
Ensure error-free delivery of projects with minimal supervision.
Participate in team/project meetings and skill development training sessions.
Achieve KPIs and escalate issues proactively when needed.
Skills & Competencies:
Attention to detail : Ensure high accuracy in deliverables.
Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Quick Learning : Ability to grasp new tools and processes quickly.
Analytical Mindset : Apply logical reasoning to solve challenges.
Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline, with a strong interest in market research.
1-2 years of survey programming experience on Confirm IT
Familiarity with tools like Decipher, Confirmit, and MS Office is a plus.
Performance Expectations:
Deliver error-free, low-to-medium complexity surveys.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Consistently meet or exceed KPI benchmarks for quality, efficiency, and compliance.
