Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and innovative Big Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data processing systems. You will work with large datasets and implement data pipelines to ensure data quality and availability for analytics and business intelligence purposes.Key Responsibilities:Data Pipeline Development: Design and implement robust data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) large volumes of structured and unstructured data.Data Architecture: Collaborate with data architects and data scientists to create a scalable and efficient data architecture that supports analytics and machine learning initiatives.Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.Data Quality Assurance: Develop and implement data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Tool Development: Build and maintain data tools and frameworks to streamline data processing tasks and enhance team productivity.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data needs and provide solutions.Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data processes, systems, and architectures to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in big data and cloud computing.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
