Role: Human Resources Management System(HRMS) AdminExperience: 7-9 YearsLocation: Whitefield, BangaloreWork Model: 5 days Work from officeAbout The RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR tech to manage and optimize our HRMS platform (Darwinbox/Oracle), leverage data for people insights, and champion the use of Generative AI tools in HR. This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical orientation, and a passion for digital transformation within HR operations.What You Will Do- HRMS Management- Manage end-to-end configuration, workflows, and modules on Darwinbox (or similar HRMS platforms).Serve as the HRMS subject matter expert and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for enhancements and issue resolution.- Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee lifecycle data (onboarding, movements, exits, etc.).- Maintain system hygiene and data integrity across modules including Recruitment, Performance, RnR, and Core.- HR Data & Analytics- Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights for decision-making and leadership consumption.- Collaborate with HRBPs and other functions to identify data trends and provide actionable solutions.- AI & Automation in HR- Explore and implement Generative AI tools (like ChatGPT, Leena AI, etc.) to enhance HR efficiencies in documentation, FAQs, and employee experience.- Work on use cases to automate manual HR processes and improve self-service adoption among employees.- Stay updated with the latest HR tech trends and bring innovation into daily HR operations.What Do We Want- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 7–9 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, HRMS (Darwinbox experience is a strong plus).- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Exposure to or interest in using Gen AI tools in HR contexts.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
