Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer in a Fast Growing Solar Roof Top Company Based in Mumbai, India. The role is located in Thane and involves day-to-day tasks associated with designing solar rooftop systems and overseeing their implementation. This will include the following responsibilities:
- Site visit with the Business Development Team for determining system size and to understand specific requirements of the clients.
- Designing the entire system including 3 D panel Layout, Structure Design, Shadow Analysis, PV Syst report, BOQ, Quote and any other requirements.
- Modifications of the designs or quotes as per specific requirements
- Material procurement and Project Execution
- Bill passing and Project handover documentation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Pvsyst is mandatory
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles
- Experience in project management and overseeing construction projects
- Understanding of local regulations and codes related to solar energy installations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Prior experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
- Thorough Knowledge of MS Excel
CTC: Rs 4.5 Lakhs p.a.
