About the Company - We at HCLTech are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in automating business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python, a proven track record of success in developing and implementing Python & AI/ML solutions, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business transformation.

About the Role - Role: Python Developer Experience: 5+ years Location: Pune & Mumbai Working Model: Hybrid Notice Period Required: Immediate

Responsibilities -

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Python applications, scripts, and tools.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement automated testing and deployment scripts.
  • Troubleshoot and debug code issues and optimize application performance.
  • Develop end-to-end application using python and related frameworks.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments and advancements in Python and related technologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and guides.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills -

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Python development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python 3.x, including .syntax, semantics, and ecosystem.
  • Experience with popular Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Streamlit.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize code.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and principles.

Preferred Skills - Nice to Have: Experience with machine learning, data science, or artificial intelligence. Experience in BI tools (Power BI). Knowledge of front-end development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
