We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 2-3 years of site execution experience to support residential, villa, apartment, commercial, and layout development projects preferably from Bangalore & having fluency in Kannada. The candidate will assist in supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols. This is a hands-on site role ideal for an engineer looking to grow technically and professionally under senior project leadership.

Supervise civil works including excavation, foundation, RCC, block work, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing.
Assist in layout and infrastructure execution including roads, drains, water supply, sewage lines, and
Monitor daily work progress and coordinate with contractors, skilled workers, and laborers.

Report issues or deviations to the site in-charge/project manager for timely action.

Sound knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and procedures.
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site documentation.
Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in building construction and/or layout development projects.
