We work with brands, creators, and companies across industries to craft cinematic, story-driven, and trend-forward content .We’re now seeking a Creative Video Editor who can turn raw footage into visually stunning and emotionally engaging stories for social media, films, ads, and campaigns.Role OverviewThe Creative Video Editor will be responsible for editing high-quality videos across formats—reels, short films, ads, YouTube videos, and branded content . This role requires someone who is both technically strong and creatively sharp , with the ability to adapt styles depending on the project.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit raw video footage into polished final content with cinematic storytelling and seamless flow.Work on a variety of projects including ads, reels, campaign videos, short films, and VFX-heavy edits .Collaborate closely with directors, producers, designers, and clients to bring creative visions to life.Add sound design, transitions, effects, and motion graphics where required.Stay updated with editing trends, transitions, and storytelling styles across YouTube, Instagram, and film.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Maintain a library of assets, templates, LUTs, and sound packs for efficiency.Key Skills & Requirements2–4 years of experience as a video editor (agency/studio/production background preferred).Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro (any combination).Strong sense of timing, pacing, and narrative storytelling .Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design .Ability to adapt editing styles for cinematic films, social-first content, and brand campaigns .Creative thinker who can suggest innovative cuts, transitions, and edits beyond client briefs.Attention to detail and ability to handle feedback positively.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹2,60,000 per year (Negotiable based on portfolio and experience).Opportunity to work on high-profile projects in branding, film, and creative campaigns.A creative studio environment that encourages experimentation and innovation.Exposure to VFX pipelines, Unreal Engine workflows, and AI-driven creative tools .Growth opportunities into Senior Editor / Creative Director roles as DSYN House expands.
