APM Tooling: Use advanced APM tools like AppDynamics and Dynatrace to monitor application performance, diagnose bottlenecks, and analyze system behavior. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Correction (RCCA): Conduct in-depth analysis to determine the root cause of performance issues and collaborate with development teams to implement long-term solutions. Database & API Optimization: PUBLIC Analyze and optimize database queries and conduct API testing and performance tuning using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, and Swagger. Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of domains such as E-commerce, Payments, Core Banking, and CRM to understand and improve system performance in these specific business contexts.
