Team structures, underwrites and acts as lead investor/co-investor with financial institutions, banks, funds and asset managersPosition Specifications:Corporate Title: Associate/AnalystFunctional Title: Associate/AnalstExperience: 1 – 5 years in a Financial Due Diligence / M&A / Valuation / Credit diligence for corporate lending businesses in banks / finance companies including real estate lendingQualification: CA / Post graduate from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 collegeRoles & Responsibilities:Financial Due Diligence - Check historical financials of the borrower group and validate assumptions in future financial projections after accounting for industry trends, firms competitiveness and management projectionsPreparing memos, teasers and pitchbooksGenerating daily/weekly and monthly reports for traders pertaining to the executed trades and responding to other ad-hoc queriesCoordinate with various control functions such as CRM, Legal, Compliance, Tax and FinanceKeeping track of all necessary documentation, trigger events and other trade life cycle events of the executed tradesPortfolio management of the executed dealsMonitoring macro & industry news and communicating the same with the broader teamMind Set:Detail orientedGood financial statement analysis skills (financial reporting, accounting & corporate finance).
