Salesforce Experience: 10+ Years Work Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Pune Mandatory Skills: Experience in Implementing Salesforce applications using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Call Center, Chatter, Einstein & App-exchange applications. Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration and development including Flows, Apex (classes and triggers), Visual Force page, Lightning Components (Aura or LWC) Experience in Designing and implementing reusable, extensible, scalable and maintainable applications. Experience in data mapping and migration of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.com objects and fields. Experience with integrating Salesforce, Service Now, Snowflake, Service Mesh, Fabric Architectures, Custom applications, and other Saa S applications using integration platforms. Designing and implement solutions that the Salesforce.com platform cannot support, using Heroku/AWS and general-purpose languages like Python or Node.js Hands On experience on any messaging platform (Kafka or Rabbit MQ) Experience in setting up and maintaining of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes for Salesforce projects (either using Scratch Org or Sandbox based approaches) Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. Nice to have: Experience in integration of other enterprise software systems such as Chorus, Gainsight, Outreach and Seismic Experience designing, implementing, and managing inbound data connections with data marts on Snowflake or AWS Experience in architecting integrations with ERP/Net Suite, Data Warehouse, ecommerce platforms. Responsibilities: Documenting the architecture and design and provide direction to the development teams for implementation. Working with the salesforce developers, integration teams, downstream systems to implement the technical solution associated with the requirements following the architecture and design. Leading and participating in System Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests. Ensure to analyze and fix application problems/issues in a timely fashion. Reviewing and analyzing the business requirements and provide feedback to the functional domain architects/POs in line with the product vision. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business analysis/process analysis, organizational development or related discipline or equivalent, preferably from CS, IT background. 12+ years of total experience having at least 10 years of experience in Salesforce. Advanced salesforce certifications.
