Remote Brand Designer

We’re looking for someone who can translate emotion into identity and craft lasting visual experiences. We’re on the lookout for a Senior Brand Designer — a thinker and maker who can craft distinctive brand identities, design visual systems that scale, and bring strategic storytelling to life through design. You’ll help define how brands look, feel, and communicate — across identity, print, digital, packaging, and campaigns. If you can visualize concepts, articulate your creative rationale, and elevate design beyond execution, we’d love to meet you. (Experience in motion design is a plus, but not a core requirement.) Brand Identity Development: Conceptualize, design, and evolve complete brand identity systems — from logo and color language to type hierarchy, iconography, and usage frameworks. Design Strategy & Storytelling: Translate brand strategy and positioning into visually cohesive narratives that tell powerful stories. Build scalable design systems, brand toolkits, and visual architecture for consistent multi-channel implementation. Campaign & Collateral Design: Design brand communication materials, digital campaigns, packaging, and presentations that reinforce brand purpose and voice. Creative Exploration: Lead concept sprints, moodboarding, and prototyping, exploring creative routes before narrowing to final directions. Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, motion designers, and creative strategists to deliver unified, emotionally intelligent brand experiences. Quality Assurance: Maintain pixel-perfect precision, alignment with brand standards, and design consistency across all deliverables. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects optional). Deep understanding of typography, grid systems, color theory, and design composition. Experience developing brand guidelines, design systems, and visual frameworks. Working knowledge of print and digital production workflows. Familiarity with motion design, UI/UX principles, or 3D design tools (nice to have, not mandatory). Strong presentation and storytelling skills to articulate design intent to clients and internal teams. You’re a designer who thinks strategically, designs intentionally, and crafts with precision. You understand how to elevate brand narratives through visuals. You follow design trends not to replicate them, but to reimagine them. You bring curiosity, collaboration, and craftsmanship to every project — and you’re as comfortable ideating concepts as you are refining final assets.
