We're seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Design Generalist with proven experience in video editing and production. This role demands a creative individual who can seamlessly move between graphic design for a variety of marketing assets and execute compelling video projects. You'll bring concepts to life across both static and moving mediums, working to maintain a consistent brand voice and meet established quality standards.


What do we expect?


Graphic Design:

  • Design engaging visual assets for print and digital platforms (e.g., brochures, social media graphics, website elements, email templates, presentations)
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across visual materials
  • Effectively collaborate with copywriters, marketing specialists, and other stakeholders to bring creative visions to life
  • Prepare files, manage revisions, and deliver final assets in a timely manner


Video Production:

  • Ideate, conceptualize, and storyboard video projects, including short-form social content and longer form informational videos
  • Produce and integrate motion graphics and animations as needed
  • Manage sound design, color correction, and other aspects of post-production
  • Optimize videos across various platforms


Additional:

  • Stay up-to-date with graphic design and video trends
  • Assist with other creative tasks as needed (photography, illustration, etc.)


Required Skills


Technical Proficiency:

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign(optional), Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Proficiency in video production equipment (cameras, lighting, audio)


Creative Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory)
  • Demonstrable visual storytelling skills
  • Solid conceptual and brainstorming abilities


Professionalism:

  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Openness to feedback, incorporating constructive criticism into work


Portfolio Requirements:

  • A diverse portfolio showcasing your range of graphic design projects
  • Video portfolio demonstrating strong examples of conception, editing, and visual effects work.
