TCS Hiring for Sailpoint Senior SME-Business Consultant Role : Sailpoint Senior SME-Business Consultant Desired Experience Range: 12 to 15 years Location: Bangalore Job Description : Analyse and understand existing state business processes for IAM Domain and how underlying technologies support and enable these processes. Ability to perform detailed analysis on large set of complex data and provides logical representation of the data in the form of graphs and Pivot tables. Prepare detailed Requirement Document indicating clear functional & non-functional requirement and its priority, Process Map (“As Is” & “To Be”), Training Material, Meeting minutes. Create detailed documentation covering use cases and business requirements Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to identify and define high level and detailed business/functional requirements. Facilitate discussions with all levels and functional areas of the organization. Prepare gap and impact analysis documentation. Provide guidance to development teams regarding functional requirements. Ensure and validate that delivered functionality meets the business objectives. Co-ordinate with User for User Acceptance testing. Create and maintain project documentation. Ability to work with global teams, act as a liaison between the customer and off-shore team Experience as IAM Business Analyst in area of Identity Access Management, SailPoint IIQ Strong experience in understanding IAM solution requirements and develop/modify business processes, prepare communication & training material for IAM/IIQ systems. Must be able to collect requirements related to user life cycle management (Onboarding, off boarding etc) Must be familiar with access governance features of IAM Tool – Access recertification, Approval Workflows, Role Management, SOD policies Must be able to understand the requirements related to audit and compliance reporting Demonstrates critical thought and probes beyond the surface of the requested data to get at the valuable (actionable) information. Able to understand complex concepts quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant experience in performing IAM Requirement Analysis, Preparing Process Map (“As Is” & “To Be”), Providing Training Very good understanding of Identity and Access management domain, Provisioning, Governance, Life Cycle Management (LCM) and Compliance Good experience in communication to business stake holder, providing training, and documentation Great knowledge of Microsoft suite specially advanced features in Excel Drive Date : 27-Nov-25
