Analyze existing programs and design logic for new systems and enhancements. Develop system logic, process flow diagrams, and comprehensive technical documentation. Write, test, debug, and optimize T-SQL stored procedures, functions, and triggers. Design and implement ETL workflows and data warehouse solutions using SSIS , SSRS , and SSAS . Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. Perform data modeling, database design, and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables. Prepare conversion and implementation plans for new systems. Train users during system rollouts and ensure smooth adoption. Recommend improvements to development processes, maintenance procedures, and system standards.
