We're seeking experienced recruiters to join our team at Fin Top Consulting Ltd, a dynamic UK-based recruitment firm with offices in London and Ahmedabad. You'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and delivering top talent for our diverse clientele across various sectors including technology start-ups, software houses, and financial institutions. With support from our UK-based Business Development & Account Management team, you'll have the opportunity to thrive and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
You will be based in our state-of-the-art brand-new office in Gota, Ahmedabad
We are seeking Experienced individuals who have:
At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably technical / Financial )
Prior experience in the UK/EU market is essential
Must be fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities
Cultivating a positive mindset and winning attitude
Dedicated, focused, and eager to learn
Proficient in time management with a commitment to ethical practices and delivering high-quality service
Important: We need a candidate who has experience in recruiting candidates from the UK / EU Market only
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sourcing potential candidates by searching through different job portals and Linked In to find the best possible talent for our clients
Conduct thorough phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews.
Maintain regular communication with candidates.
Collaborate with the UK team to source top talent.
