About the Role The IT Executive - Digital Solutions serves as the primary point of contact for schools across India, supporting digital solutions and enhancing SAAR Education’s online presence through digital marketing and SEO initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & SEO
Develop strategies to boost SAAR Education's online presence.
Optimize our website and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart).
Track and improve website performance metrics.
Execute targeted online campaigns to promote products.
School Support
Act as the primary liaison for PAN India schools.
Address queries and ensure exceptional customer support.
Sales Support
Collaborate with sales teams in Delhi and Mumbai to provide technical expertise.
Propose tailored digital solutions for customer needs.
License & Subscription Management
Track and renew licenses and subscriptions.
‍ User Access Management
Set up and manage user access securely.
APP Data & Certificate Management
Maintain up-to-date application data.
Oversee certificate distribution accuracy.
Webinars & YouTube Management
Coordinate webinars and manage the YouTube channel.
Training & IT Support
Conduct training sessions for schools and internal teams.
Address and resolve internal IT queries.
What We’re Looking For ✔ Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and IT support.
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills.
✔ Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues promptly.
✔ Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online campaign tools is a plus.
