This includes ISVs, SaaS, and Internet companies, as well as leading organizations in #telecom, #media, #healthcare, #finance, and #manufacturing.We are Great Place To Work Certified in 10 countries where we have a full-time workforce - India, the USA, Canada, Poland, Romania, Moldova, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.Job Title: Senior Finance Executive / Assistant Manager – Finance & AccountsExperience: 5–7 years in a reputed organizationLocation: Noida (Work from Office)Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (to align with US time zone)Travel: Self-managedKey Responsibilities:- Prepare project-wise and deal-wise profitability reports, along with quarterly and annual financial statements.- Manage statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors (including Big 4 firms).- Demonstrate strong knowledge of IND-AS and IFRS standards.- Handle end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls, including working knowledge of ICFR.- Develop quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and perform trend analysis.- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and accounting procedures.- Collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.- Exposure to US compliance requirements (e.g., 1099, W2, W4, 1095) is a plus.- Generate MIS reports covering revenue, margins, business unit analysis, and scenario-based (what-if) analysis.- Support data integrity and revenue recognition processes in SAP S/4HANA.Skills & Competencies:- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced MS Excel/Office tools.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment.
