The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for with effective sourcing strategies.
Role Requirement :
IT Sourcer Role - Strong IT hiring skills , with excellent sourcing skills from linkedin , naukri & various other chanels. (Should have experience in hiring for multiple skills like SAP , cyber security , java )
Non IT Sourcer - Strong Non IT Sourcers from consulting background are preferred , or from any industry with strong sourcing skills.
IT Recruiter Role - Strong IT hiring expert with stakeholder management skills, Should have hired for skills like MS cloud , azure , data scien , gen AI.
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail.
Basic understanding of IT systems, Knowledge of MS office ( MS Excel, Power Point, Word etc)
Have the ability to work under pressure stringent deadlines and tough client conditions.
Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
