Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Transfer Pricing Analyst at Trans Ace Tax Advisors. The Transfer Pricing Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as analyzing financial data, conducting data analysis and preparation of power point presentations,
Salary range: Upto INR 6 Lakhs
Key Responsibilities:
Transfer Pricing Analysis:
Conduct detailed analysis of intercompany transactions to determine appropriate transfer pricing methods.
Perform benchmarking studies and comparability analyses to establish arm's length pricing.
Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation in compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., OECD guidelines).
Assisting the Senior CAs in managing their TP assignments
Policy Development:
Develop, implement, and monitor transfer pricing policies and procedures.
Ensure alignment with the company’s global business operations and strategies.
Compliance and Reporting:
Prepare transfer pricing reports and filings as required by tax authorities.
Assist in the preparation of Country-by-Country (Cb C) reports, Master Files, and Local Files.
Audit Support:
Provide support during transfer pricing audits and examinations by tax authorities.
Manage responses to tax authority inquiries and information requests.
Advisory and Strategy:
Advise business units on transfer pricing implications of cross-border transactions.
Support strategic business decisions with transfer pricing impact analyses.
Qualifications
Semi-qualified CA with prior TP work experience
Thorough with MS Excel, Word and Power Point presentation
Analytical Skills and Data Analysis proficiency
Strong Communication skills
