Job Description As the Head of Generative AI, you will be responsible for leading the AI Minds department and driving the development and implementation of advanced generative models.

You will be at the forefront of AI innovation, leveraging your technical expertise in Python, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, and Machine Learning to create cutting-edge AI solutions.

Your role will involve strategic decision-making, project management, and team leadership, requiring excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities of Generative AI Head Lead the AI Minds department, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Drive the development and implementation of advanced generative models, including GANs, VAEs, GPT, and BERT.

Utilize technical skills in Python, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, and Machine Learning to develop and optimize AI solutions.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and project timelines.

Foster a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates on project progress and strategic initiatives.

Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Stay abreast of latest developments in AI and Machine Learning, ensuring the organization remains at the cutting edge of technology.

Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and integration of AI solutions.

Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in AI development and implementation.

Functional Competencies Python: Proficiency in Python is required as it is the primary language used in AI and machine learning.

The candidate should be able to write efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.

Tensor Flow: The candidate should have a deep understanding of Tensor Flow, an opensource software library for machine learning and artificial intelligence.

They should be able to build and deploy ML models using Tensor Flow.

Py Torch: Experience with Py Torch, an opensource machine learning library, is necessary.

The candidate should be able to use Py Torch for complex tensor computations and deep learning.

Artificial Intelligence: The candidate should have a strong understanding of AI concepts, techniques, and algorithms.

They should be able to design and implement AI solutions.

Machine Learning: The candidate should have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.

They should be able to develop and implement machine learning models.

Behavioural Competencies Leadership: The candidate should have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team towards achieving their goals.

Communication: Strong communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying ideas and strategies to team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Interpersonal Skills: The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Problem Solving: The candidate should have strong problemsolving abilities, with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems.

Project Management: The candidate should have strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget.

They should be able to design and implement generative models.

GANs: The candidate should have experience with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), a class of AI algorithms.

They should be able to develop and implement GANs.

VAEs: The candidate should have experience with Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), a type of generative model.

They should be able to develop and implement VAEs.

GPT: The candidate should have experience with Generative Pretrained Transformer (GPT), a type of language processing AI model.

They should be able to develop and implement GPT models.

BERT: The candidate should have experience with Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT), a technique for NLP.
