We are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing and Communication Specialist to join our innovative client in the Dental Implant industry
Job Title: Digital Marketing and Communication Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging social media strategies to connect with potential customers.
Localize global marketing content and create targeted content for social channels.
Manage digital communication channels to enhance brand presence and customer interaction.
Design and execute data-driven email campaigns for healthcare professionals in South Asia.
Build partnerships with influencers and source point-of-sale materials to promote the brand.
Oversee website content and lead product/feature launches, ensuring brand consistency.
Translate marketing strategies into effective promotional concepts and sales initiatives.
Develop brand awareness programs, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional events.
Gather market data and competitor insights to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive marketing plans.
Monitor P&L dynamics to achieve profit goals.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficient in social media marketing, content creation, and management.
Experience with Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and multi-channel marketing.
Strong PR, communication, and website management skills.
Expertise in influencer partnerships, email marketing, and point-of-sale material development.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Excellent project management and storytelling abilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing or communications with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience in brand building, ideally within the medical devices or dental aesthetics industry, is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and handle tight deadlines.
Collaborative and adaptable, with a passion for continuous learning.
