The role focuses on student acquisition, institutional partnerships, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter with strong communication skills, a passion for education, and a results-oriented mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent & Client AcquisitionDrive student enrolments by counselling leads about courses and programsBuild partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and training institutesManage inbound/outbound calls, email campaigns, and online demosBusiness DevelopmentGenerate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching prospective partnersDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreachRepresent the company at education fairs, webinars, and conferencesSales ExecutionConduct product presentations and explain value propositions to prospective learners and partnersPrepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectivelyConsistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targetsClient Relationship ManagementMaintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and institutional partnersProvide post-sales support and ensure high satisfaction levelsUpsell and cross-sell new courses or services to existing clientsMarket Research & StrategyTrack education industry trends, competitor offerings, and student needsShare insights with management to shape future products and sales campaignsCollaborate with marketing teams for lead-generation campaignsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any discipline (Freshers preferred)0–1 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Counselling (EdTech experience preferred)Strong presentation, communication, and persuasion skillsComfortable with tele-sales, video calls, and CRM systemsPassion for education and technology-driven learning solutionsKey SkillsLead Generation & ProspectingNegotiation & Deal ClosingExcellent Communication & PresentationStudent Counselling & Academic GuidanceCRM & Sales Reporting ToolsTarget-driven and Self-motivated AttitudePerks & BenefitsCompetitive salary + attractive incentivesFast-track career growth in the EdTech sectorProfessional training & certification programsFun, dynamic, and youthful work culture
