Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process Assist with payroll and benefits administration Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area Willing to work in Nightshift (04:00 PM to 02:00 AM) 2 to 5 years' of experience working in HR Generalist or Business Partner. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
