As we expand our training programs, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Language Trainer to join our team and lead language instruction with excellenceRole OverviewAs a Senior Language Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality language instruction, designing curriculum enhancements, and mentoring junior trainers. Your expertise will directly contribute to helping students achieve certifications such as A1–B2 levels and prepare for international opportunities.Key Responsibilities- Conduct engaging and structured language training sessions (online and/or classroom)- Train learners for international certifications (e.g., Goethe, TELC, IELTS, etc.)- Develop lesson plans, exercises, and assessments in line with CEFR levels- Guide and mentor junior trainers and academic coordinators- Track learner progress and implement improvement plans- Provide language coaching tailored to professional and industry-specific needs (e.g., nursing, engineering, etc.)Requirements- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Language, Linguistics, Education, or related field- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in adult language training- Certification in the language being taught (e.g., Goethe-Zertifikat B2/C1, CELTA, DELF, etc.)- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills- Experience with digital tools and online teaching platforms is an advantage
