Job Description : We seek a highly motivated Field Application Engineer to join our team in India. This role is essential for ensuring customer success, managing technical deployments, and providing expert on-site support for our telecommunications products. As a Field Application Engineer, you will work closely with customers, guiding them through the deployment, operation, and troubleshooting of advanced network solutions, including Power over Ethernet (Po E) technologies, Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs), and network switches. This position combines technical expertise with customer interaction, making it ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems and helping clients succeed. Key Responsibilities : Provide on-site technical support and manage deployment of telecom products, with a focus on Po E, MDU configurations, and network switches. Conduct in-depth diagnostics, troubleshooting, and provide timely solutions for issues with telecom and networking equipment. Provide in-depth training to customers on product functionality and best practices. Resolve complex technical issues through analysis, diagnostics, and collaborative problem-solving. Support the sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales engagements, including product demos and technical evaluations. Qualifications: Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Experience : 2-5 years in field support, technical support, or engineering roles in telecommunications or a similar industry. Technical Skills : Strong understanding of telecom protocols and technologies (e.g., LTE, 5 G, IP networking, Vo IP). Hands-on experience with telecommunications equipment, including routers, switches, and RF systems. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues within telecom networks. Soft Skills : Strong communication skills to clearly convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. Customer-oriented with the ability to build positive client relationships. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
