The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to facilitate operational efficiencies.Qualifications- Experience in Student Counseling, Admissions Process, or Student Engagement- Ability to maintain records, manage enrollment, and organize admission events- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools- Capability to handle inquiries professionally and deliver excellent customer service- Previous experience in education management or a related field is a plus- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline
