Tosca automation engineer with salesforce experience

About the Role We are looking for a seasoned TOSCA Automation Engineer with over 7 years of experience, including expertise in Salesforce testing. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our Salesforce applications through advanced test automation strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts using TOSCA for Salesforce applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into effective test cases. Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce workflows, integrations, and customizations. Create, update, and manage reusable test automation modules in TOSCA. Analyze and troubleshoot test failures, ensuring accurate defect tracking and resolution. Optimize and enhance test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior testers on TOSCA and Salesforce testing best practices. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and application functionality. Key Requirements Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 5 years in TOSCA automation and Salesforce testing. Technical Skills: Extensive hands-on experience with TOSCA Test Suite, including TOSCA Commander, Test Case Design, and Automation Modules. Proficient in testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce components. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, and integrations. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure Dev Ops is a plus. Domain Expertise: Familiarity with CRM processes and Salesforce deployment lifecycle. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a dynamic team environment. Certifications: TOSCA Certification (preferred). Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification (preferred).
