- Intune; SCCM
- Ensuring that devices and applications are managed securely and efficiently, contributing to the overall productivity and security of the organization.
- Device Management: Oversee the enrollment of devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) into Intune. Create and manage configuration profiles to enforce security and compliance settings.
- Application Management: Manage the deployment of applications to devices, including corporate apps and third-party software. Ensure applications are up-to-date by managing version control and update processes.
- Security Management: Implement security policies to protect data and devices (e.g., conditional access, compliance policies). Monitor and respond to security threats using Intune's features and integration with other security tools.
- Compliance Management: Create and manage compliance policies to ensure devices meet organizational standards. Generate compliance reports to track device status and adherence to policies.
- User Management: Manage user access to devices and applications, including role-based access control (RBAC). Provide support for users facing issues with device enrollment or application access.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor device health and compliance status. Use built-in reporting tools to analyze usage patterns, compliance status, and potential issues.
- Keep abreast of the latest Intune features, updates, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues related to device management and application access.
- Implement strategies for data backup and recovery to protect against data loss.
