Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
Master's degree or specialized certification in renewable energy or hydrogen technology is preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector, hydrogen production, or related fields.
Strong understanding of green hydrogen production technologies and processes.
Familiarity with energy storage systems, electrolysis, and hydrogen infrastructure.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental considerations.
Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Role Requirements
Manage and oversee the development and operation of green hydrogen production projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize hydrogen production processes.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all hydrogen-related activities.
Monitor and analyze the performance of hydrogen production systems and recommend improvements.
Manage the procurement and installation of equipment for hydrogen generation and storage.
Develop and maintain relationships with technology providers, suppliers, and partners.
Prepare technical documentation, feasibility studies, and project reports.
Contribute to budgeting, cost estimation, and financial analysis for green hydrogen projects.
Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency enhancement in hydrogen production.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and policy changes related to green hydrogen.
Provide technical expertise and support to teams involved in hydrogen-related initiatives.
Collaborate with research and development teams to explore new technologies and solutions.
Monitor and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Evaluate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for hydrogen projects.
Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Support business development efforts by providing technical insights and feasibility assessments.
Mentor and guide junior team members and share knowledge within the organization.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance-related paperwork.
Drive continuous improvement in hydrogen production processes and operations.
Ensure that all projects align with the organization's sustainability goals and objectives.
Adapt strategies and approaches based on project requirements and industry developments.
