Job Summary:Client is looking for Data Scientist and this is remote position from India.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and translate them into actionable data science projects.- Perform data exploration, cleaning, feature engineering, and model selection for optimal performance, leveraging the capabilities of Azure Databricks for large-scale data processing.- Support production deployed ML models and AI applications- Translate natural language queries into SQL statements for data retrieval.- Extract and categorize entities from text data.- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and tune model performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on models for optimal results.- Document work effectively, including model development process, technical decisions, and results.- Strictly adhere to Catalent’s Responsible AI Framework and practices- Stay up to date on the latest advancements in machine learning, generative AI, and related technologies.Experience:Focus: Time series forecasting models and tree-based modeling applied to live data streams.Requirements:- Strong Python programming and data engineering skills.- Comfortable with end-to-end software development, not just analytics.- Build and support forecasting models that feed C-Suite level decision-making dashboards.- Should handle scalable data pipelines and model deployment.
