Dive deeper into our journey and vision at https://floww.ai.Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Designer with expertise in creating building drawings and a strong understanding of Development Control Regulations.We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Designer with a strong understanding of Development Control Regulations (DCR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate building drawings while ensuring compliance with local regulations.Key Responsibilities:Create detailed 2D and 3D building drawings using AutoCAD concepts like Layers, Blocks, Model and paper Spaces, Viewports, Plotting etc., ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.Collaborate with TeammatesRevise drawings based on feedback requirementsPrepare and maintain a comprehensive set of drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and AutoCAD software advancements.Requirements:Proven experience as an AutoCAD designer. Should have knowledge on different types of civil construction projects.Should have in depth knowledge on representation of different construction entities (site plan, plot, tenements, ramps, staircases etc)Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressureExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fieldA minimum of 2 years' experience is necessary for this positionPreferred Qualifications:Professional certification in AutoCAD or related design software.Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit)Familiarity with local Development Control RegulationsAdditional InformationCompensation: 3.6 LPAWork Location: Hyderabad, IndiaWork Arrangement: Work from officeWork Schedule: Daily work timings of 09:00 to 18:30 IST. 6-day work
