Job Description for ServiceNow – Senior ITAM DeveloperJob Role : Sr. ServiceNow Developer (ITAM/HAM)Job Location : Hyderabad, Telangana, IndiaExperience Range : 6 - 10 yearsRequired Skills : ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM, CMDB, Discovery.Notice Period : 0 - 60 daysResponsibilities:Design, develop, configure, implement, and support all ITAM applications for various clientsAdvise on multiple implementations of ServiceNow ITAM applications including Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Contract Management, and Configuration ManagementWork with User Interface (UI) policies, data policies, UI actions, business rules, client scripts and ACL's.Manage data with tables, the configuration management database (CMDB), import sets and update sets.Lead integration activities with SCCM, Intune, and other end user discovery toolsDevelop the catalogue Service itemsRequirements:Minimum 5 yrs of. experience implementing ITSM /ITAM solution using the ServiceNow platformStrong understanding of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its relationship to asset management and IT service management processesDomain knowledge of SAM, HAM, CSDM, CMDB, and Intune is requiredConsulting experience is an added advantageMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsExperience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, REST) and integrationsExcellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong quantitative and analytical aptitudeRequired Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)Plus core ITSM certifications and micro-certifications for Service CatLog, Asset Management, Configuration Management
