What we're looking for:

  • Enough hands-on experience with LLMs. (Enough ≈ Your confidence level)
  • Passion for tinkering with open-source projects.
  • An explorer who reads and tries to implements research papers.
  • Somebody who has a “we’ll figure it out” mindset.
  • ⁠⁠Likes to brainstorm technical breakthroughs & ideas
  • If you've worked on voice systems before, it's a plus
