Lead product security engineer

What you will do Develop and implement a comprehensive product security strategy, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead the product security team in conducting security assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management for all products.
Collaborate with product development teams to integrate security into the product lifecycle, from design to deployment.
Establish and maintain security requirements and standards for products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Provide guidance and support to engineering teams on secure coding practices, architecture reviews, and security testing methodologies.
Coordinate and conduct security training and awareness programs for employees, raising awareness of security risks and best practices.
Stay informed about emerging security threats and trends, conducting research and analysis to assess their potential impact on our products.
Serve as a subject matter expert on product security, representing the company in discussions with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
5-8 years of relevant experience in product security, with a proven track record of managing security initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of software and hardware security principles, including cryptography, secure coding practices, and secure design principles.
Experience with security testing tools and methodologies, such as static analysis, dynamic analysis, and penetration testing.
Knowledge of industry security standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
