Your work will directly impact precision manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency in production.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize CNC machining programs using NX CAMTranslate complex 3D models into accurate toolpaths for milling, drilling, turning operationsSelect cutting tools, define machining strategies, and run simulations for process validationGenerate and validate NC code using NX virtual machine environmentsCollaborate with production and quality teams for first article prove-outs and corrective actionsPrepare setup sheets, tool lists, and clear work instructions for operatorsMaintain revision control and support continuous improvement initiativesRequired SkillsProficiency in Siemens NX CAM (mandatory)Knowledge of GD&T for precise part validationExperience with CNC machine setup, tool selection, fixture designFamiliarity with NX CAD is an advantageAbility to interpret 2D/3D technical drawings and manufacturing specificationsExperience:5+ years (for B.E. candidates)8+ years (for Diploma holders)with strong hands-on expertise in Siemens NX CAMIf you have Siemens NX CAM expertise and a passion for precision manufacturing, we’d love to connect
