Join our team as a .NET Backend Developer and play a key role in optimizing applications at scale.What You’ll DoAnalyze and optimize backend services built in .NET / .NET Core .Conduct memory & CPU profiling using tools like dotTrace, dotMemory.Troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries, execution plans, and stored procedures .Build and scale robust APIs (REST/SOAP) .Implement unit testing & TDD for reliable code.Collaborate with DBAs, backend developers, and observability teams to resolve performance bottlenecks.Work with logs, metrics, and traces to debug production issues.Participate in code reviews with a focus on performance & memory usage.Must-Have Skills6+ years of strong .NET / .NET Core backend development experience.Expertise in performance profiling & memory management .Hands-on knowledge of multi-threading, async programming, concurrency control .Strong SQL troubleshooting & optimization skills.Experience with APM tools (DataDog, New Relic, etc.).Solid understanding of OOP & design patterns .Experience in unit testing & debugging production issues .Nice-to-HaveKnowledge of OpenTelemetry, distributed systems, job engine performance tuning .Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance benchmarking tools.Who We’re Looking ForProblem Solver – thrives on tackling performance issues.Analytical & Curious – digs deep into root causes.Collaborative – works seamlessly with DBAs, architects & DevOps.Performance-Oriented – believes performance is a feature .Location: Bengaluru / Hybrid (flexible)Experience: 6+ yearsPosition: Full-timeIf you’re ready to take on challenging performance-driven development, we’d love to hear from youApply now / DM us for more details. @
