The Lead Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, and providing guidance for pediatric and adult patients. Daily tasks include collaborating with medical professionals, documenting patient progress, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes through effective communication and therapeutic techniques.QualificationsExpertise in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and MedicineStrong Communication skills and ability to work effectively within a teamExperience in Pediatrics and working with childrenStrong problem-solving abilities and a compassionate approach to patient careRelevant certifications and a degree in Occupational Therapy or related fieldPrevious leadership experience in a healthcare setting is a plusFluency in English and additional local languages preferred
