Our solutions emphasize innovation, scalability, and exceptional user experiences. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Full Stack Lead at Solidity Technologies. The Full Stack Lead will oversee the development of both front-end and back-end web applications while leading a team of developers. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable solutions, performing code reviews, ensuring high-quality code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust applications. The role also involves mentoring team members, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing processes to improve productivity. Qualifications Strong command over both front-end and back-end workflows Extensive experience with front-end development, including proficiency in React Native, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js and UI/UX design principles Strong knowledge of back-end technologies, such as Node.js, Express.js, and database systems (e.g., Firestore, PostgreSQL) Experience in integration, API development, and RESTful services Proficiency in version control systems like Git and understanding of CI/CD pipelines Strong problem-solving skills, team leadership experience, and ability to collaborate across teams Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus Proven experience in full-stack development projects from concept to deployment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills
