Performance Marketer

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize ROI. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies, monitor campaign performance, and adjust tactics in real-time to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to drive the best outcomes.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across different channels to ensure maximum ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics and in-platform metrics to track campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing space and apply best practices to campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad platforms. Familiar with Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, and CRM systems.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot issues in campaigns and make real-time adjustments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and cross-team collaboration.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in campaign setup and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage agencies and external partners effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in budget management and strategic media planning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
- Strong command in Excel and writing SQL queries.
- Understanding of Python language would be preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing, Business, or a related field.
