Role: Service Now HRSD DeveloperLocation : Pune/Chennai/HyderabadExperience : 7+YearsWork Mode: HybridPosition Overview:We are seeking two experienced Service Now HRSD Developer/Administrators.These individuals will primarily support Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) initiatives, with flexibility to assist in ITSM, CMDB, and other Service Now modules during emergencies or when bandwidth allows.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Service Now HRSD workflows, forms, and integrations.Configure and customize HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into tehnical solutions.Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with best practices.Provide occasional support for ITSM, CMDB, and other Service Now modules as needed.Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.Required Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Service Now development and administration, with at least 3 years in HRSD (concurrent experience acceptable).Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, scripting (Java Script), and integration methods (REST, SOAP).Experience with Service Now Studio, Flow Designer, and Scoped Applications.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Science, Business discipline, or a related field.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Service Now certifications such as:- Certified System Administrator (CSA)- Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD- Certified Application DeveloperExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Exposure to other Service Now modules like ITSM, CMDB, and GRC.Work Environment:Offshore-based role with remote collaboration across global teams. Must be available during overlapping hours with U. S. Eastern Time Zone for meetings and coordination.
